19-Aug-2020 22-Aug-2020 Employees Stock Option Plan & Preferential Issue of shares Dixon Technologies (India) Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 22/08/2020 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29(1)(d) of the SEBI Listing Regulations, please note that a meeting of the Board will be held on Saturday, 22nd August, 2020, to consider and approve-(i) the raising of funds by way of issuance of any instrument or security, including equity shares, fully / partly convertible debentures, non- convertible debentures, foreign currency convertible bonds, warrants, or any combination thereof, in one or more tranches, at such price or prices as may be permissible under applicable law by way of a public issue, preferential allotment, private placement (including one or more qualified institutions placements), or through any other permissible mode and / or combination thereof as may be considered appropriate, to eligible investors, subject to the receipt of the necessary approvals including the approval of the members of the Company and such other regulatory / statutory approvals as may be required; (ii) Employee Stock Option Plan.

Further, pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the record date for the purpose of the declaration of Interim dividend has been fixed at 26th March, 2020, subject to approval of the Board of Directors at its meeting to be held on 18th March, 2020.
