| Alok Industries Limited has submitted the Exchange a copy Srutinizers report of Postal Ballot. The Company had sought approval of its members by way of Postal Ballot for:i. Alteration of Articles of Association of the Company;ii. Reclassification and increase of Authorised Share Capital of the Company; andiii. Issue of Non-convertible, Redeemable Preference Shares on Private Placement basis.Details of voting results of the Postal Ballot, conducted through remote e-voting process, in respect of resolutions contained in the Postal Ballot Notice dated 7th November, 2023, is attached in the format prescribed under Regulation 44(3) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Annexure A), together with the Scrutinizer's Report on the e-voting (Annexure B).
